The Brunswick Corp. announced this morning that it has acquired Fliteboard, an Australian company assembling the boards in the U.S. The foiling electric Fliteboards can travel over 30 mph with a runtime of about one hour. The longest Fliteboard ride we know of was 54 miles from Ft. Lauderdale to Bimini, accomplished by the crew at Nautical Ventures last year by swapping out batteries in route.
