Capt. Steve’s keen eye found plenty of interesting details on Four Winns’ new 23’11” (7.3 m) H4 bowrider when he looked at it during a recent boat show. She’s available with sterndrive or outboard power and one of the first features he noticed was her snub bow that’s a carefully designed mid-point between a Euro-style plumb bow and a traditional American raked one.
