Fairline F//Line 33
Refined Performance Yacht
We think the Fairline F//Line 33 is one of the best-looking dayboats in class and she’s practical as well. Capt. Steve calls her “pure fun” to drive and said she glides through the water like a figure skater across the ice. “She had a gentle, forgiving nature and the F//Line 33 held her line through sharp turns, bleeding off only minimal speed,” according to the good captain. When coming on plane, she stays flat. Fairline offers her with sterndrives or outboards. More...
Grady-White’s Canyon 376 is a center console designed for serious offshore work. She rides on the company’s SeaV2® hull with 20 degrees of deadrise at the transom and has a self-bailing cockpit with all lockers emptying overboard. Doors in the transom and the port side are wide enough for crew to pull aboard a large fish, and each has a ladder for reboarding. In the console, there is a bench seat that converts into a bed, a fridge, and a toilet. More...
Yamaha’s 255 FSH Sport E is a center-console fishing boat with family-friendly features like a fiberglass table, seats for the bow and backrests across the stern. Because she’s powered by twin jets, an angler will never worry about wrapping a line around the prop or lower unit when fighting a fish and the 255 FSH Sport E’s draft is 22” (55.88 cm). More...
Sea Ray’s Sundancer 370 OB was designed at Brunswick’s new design center to be a forward-thinking day boat with the latest technology. She’s powered by triple 300-hp Mercury Verado outboards and integrated features include Mercury’s VesselView link, VesselView mobile, autopilot, Skyhook, joystick piloting and Active Trim. Her helm has SIMRAD EVO 3S displays with full integration of vessel systems and she’s pre-rigged for an optional Seakeeper gyro stabilizer. More...
Everglades’ new flagship, the 455CC is the longest, widest (13’3”/4.04m) boat in the company’s history. She also has the largest helm with protection for passengers seated in two rows of Release Marine ladder-backed captain’s chairs abaft the command station. Plus, there is aft-facing mezzanine-style seating for guests to watch the bait and video the action. An optional bait-prep station rises up from the stern on a hydraulic lift. For superior fishability and ease of entertaining, the deck is a single level. There are plush high-backed chaise-style lounges on the front of the console and more seating in the bow with wraparound bolsters and a table — this will be the preferred venue for entertaining. Below, the cabin is the largest from Everglades to date with a separate shower with standup headroom.
Propeller pitch can affect speed, efficiency, ride and handling.
It is common knowledge that every change in propeller pitch has a direct impact on the performance of a boat. We also know that each inch of the pitch can raise or lower the rpm by 150 to 200 engine revs at WOT, but there is a lot more to it than that. More...

The scene above is why most people we know love boating. There’s only one little wrinkle — nice, decent-sized, good boats like the one above are out of the price range of most people. That’s why last year, in a country with 128,800,000 households, fewer than 40,000 were able to buy a new boat larger than 27’ (8.23 m). That is .0003% of the U.S. households or one new 27’ boat, or larger, for every 3,220 households. So, if you weren’t able to afford a 27’ or larger boat last year, you’re not alone and join the club. But in this case, the club is the Sovereign Boat Club — which makes larger, well-equipped boats affordable. You, too, can live the dream. Find out more...
