THE SOVEREIGN BOAT FLEET'S captain was born on Christmas Day, is a 100-ton licensed captain, is a SaferBoater-certified instructor, teaches boat handling for the U.S. Navy, and was an instructor for the state of Connecticut for 25 years. He makes sure that all SBF members receive the proper hands-on instruction, and as much of it as needed.
